Using TetherPlus services implies that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the following terms. If you do not agree with them, you are not authorized to use the platform.
1. Definitions
TetherPlus: An online platform for buying, selling, and storing digital assets operating under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. User: Any individual who registers with TetherPlus to use its services. Digital Asset: Any blockchain-based digital property tradable on TetherPlus. Account: A personal dashboard created for each user to manage assets and transactions.
2. Registration and Identity Verification
The minimum age to use the services is 18 years. Each national ID can only be used to create one verified account. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account suspension.
3. Account Security
The user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. In case of suspicious activity, TetherPlus may temporarily suspend the account.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Trading
All transactions are irreversible and subject to the rules of the corresponding blockchain network. Users are responsible for entering wallet information accurately. Rial withdrawals follow banking settlement cycles.
5. Fees
Service and trading fees are calculated based on the table published on the website. Blockchain network and banking fees are borne by the user.
6. Trading Risks
The cryptocurrency market is volatile; profits and losses are entirely the user’s responsibility. TetherPlus provides no guarantee of asset value.
7. Changes to Terms
TetherPlus may update these terms at any time. The new version becomes effective immediately upon publication on the website.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, matters will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran by the competent legal authorities.
